MPI Approved Dual Operator Butchery
We offer a homekill service for our local rural community, processing beef, sheep and pigs. We run under an MPI risk management plan so we have strict guidelines to follow to ensure our homekill activity remains separate from our retail activity and that food safety practices are adhered to. This is audited annually by MPI.
This is a busy part of our operation so it always pays to phone and book in your animal in advance.
If you're not sure when is the optimal time to have the animal processed or have any questions please contact us. Remember - how you treat and feed your animal and the age and size all have bearing on the quality of the finished product.
